Robyn Voight, SHRM-SCP, is a professional with 17+ years of human resource management experience in retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employee relations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and two Associates Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Grayson College. Ms. Voight is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). Ms. Voight has served for the past two years as Treasurer and a Founding Member of the Southeastern Oklahoma SHRM chapter. In the past, Ms. Voight has served on an advisory council for academic programs and partnered with continuing education programs aligning local businesses with Grayson College.

Ms. Voight lives in Van Alstyne, Texas, with her husband, three children, and two cats, Shaun and Edward.

I graduated from high school in Denison and Grayson College has been a touchstone in my life.”
